CNN.com featured a fantastic article on walkable metropolitan areas, citing evidence from a new Brookings Institution report this week entitled, "Footloose and Fancy Free: A Field Survey of Walkable Urban Places in the Top 30 U.S. Metropolitan Areas". It is exciting to see an organization like Brookings doing such fantastic research, and it is great to see the mainstream media focusing on walkability.
